Save Water and Secure Your Future
Cape Town is situated in a water-scarce region and recently experienced severe drought conditions. After much hoped for winter rains, our dam levels have risen to 76% capacity, in comparison to last year’s figure of 37%. As of 1 December 2018,water restrictions have been lowered from Level 5 to Level 3. In order to secure our futures, we must remember that saving water is not just a Cape Town issue, it is a global issue. Taj Cape Town is fully committed to doing what it can and so urges Capetonians and visitors to our beautiful city to be mindful and to implement water-saving measures where possible.
